Foot reflexology targets points in the feet that correspond to organs and systems in the body. Not only relaxing, but reflexology also promotes healing benefits in both mind and body. Muscle pain and stiffness can be reduced or eliminated. Reflexology can contribute to the prevention of headaches, stress, asthma, and sinus conditions.
